Below defines the step-by-step process for resetting your password in the event you have forgotten it.
Reset Password from Log In Screen
To reset your password click on Need help signing in?. This will display the Forgot password? link to being the password reset process.
Enter your log in email address and select either Reset via SMS or Reset via Email. We recommend using the Reset via Email option
You will receive the following email from Arrive Help Desk. Click on the Reset Password button to direct you to the password reset screen.
A new tab will open in your browser for you to enter your new password. Passwords must meet the requirements defined on the screen. To finish click Reset Password.
Now you can proceed to the login screen to finish logging into the portal
