Every 60 days a user will be prompted to verify their login with two-factor authentication. Below defines the step-by-step process for completing the two-factor authentication process.
When logging into the portal you will see a prompt to Verify with Email Authentication. Click on Send me the code to send a numerical code to your login email address.
It can take several minutes to receive the email after clicking the button.
You will receive the following email from Arrive Help Desk with a numerical code.
Go back to your browser and enter the numerical code into the Verification Code field and click Verify
Now you can proceed to the login screen to finish logging into the portal
