Access Your User Information

Users have the ability to view their account details and make updates as needed. This article will walk users through their user account and settings.

User Profile

The User Profile is located on the right corner of the header after logging into Carrier EDGE with the user’s first name and avatar. This is available across all pages within Carrier EDGE.

Click on your name to open up a list of available options.

My Profile

Within My Profile users have the ability to update their personal information, including first and last name, or change your current password.

If you need to change the email address associated with your profile you will need to reach out to for assistance.

My Company

Within the My Company tab users can see their company information including carrier name, physical address, billing address, DOT#, and Equipment Types.


This information is not editable and pulls directly from Arrive Logistics records for the Carrier you are associated with.

Contact Us

Within the Contact Us tab users can reach out to different Arrive Logistics departments for any questions or help. Users will find direct links to email and/or phone numbers in each section.

To end a session in Carrier EDGE click the Logout button in your user profile. Once a user is logged out they will be redirected to the login page.
